The meeting was attended by the Minister of Higher Education and scientific research, Prof. Dr. Qusai Suhail. His Excellency stressed the importance of applying the scientific sobriety procedures and standards in universities and community colleges. Mechanisms have been discussed to develop electronic systems to follow the attitudes and absences of students, and to activate the system of secondment of teaching services from public universities to their civil counterparts, and the mechanisms of scientific promotions and dissemination of research in the world’s sober journals.
