The Department of University Education organizes a ceremonial is the first of its kind

The National University Education Department organized the first of its kind, where it honored the campaign of Scientific titles for the year 2018 in all the universities and community colleges.

The opening ceremony was attended by Dr. Abdel Moneim Jabbar Obaid, director of the university education community and a number of university presidents and community colleges.

The Director of Community Education conveyed the greetings of His Excellency the Honourable Minister, stressing that this experience is the first of its kind at the level of higher education in Iraq through great pride in the campaign of scientific titles and their intellectual and creative contribution that play a role in the sobriety of the scientific process. He added that this honor will be an annual tradition, in which we honor the recipients of the scientific titles which is part of their entitlement to us and on this occasion atte
